As a young organization, we welcome anyone looking to be on the ground level of a quickly expanding and effective group. Anyone interested in joining the Animate A Way board will need to bring skills and vision in line with our mission, that will help foster our growth and create important connections within the San Diego community.

Step 1: Review the board pages on our website.
Step 2: Email your resume, a list of previous and current boards served and a statement of interest to executive director, Steven Topham.
Step 3: An interview will be scheduled with the executive director and the chair of the board.
Step 4: The board will make motions to move forward with the nomination.
Step 5: The candidate will be presented to the board for a vote.
Step 6: If approved, the candidate will be contacted by the Executive Director and Board Chair.
